  I also have had nothing but positive experiences with their service. I did not find *at all* that they tried to gouge. I have experienced this at another vet (not in town), but was appreciative of Highland's fair rates.

  I have always had great care from highland. Dr. Sue Humphries saved the eyesight of my rescue sharpei who had ruptured retinas in both eyes when I got him. Dr. Gail Gibbons has been fabulous for helping maintain the care of my Sharpei's. I've also had Dr. Ashley neuter my latest Sharpei without any problems. They have been my vets for the past 15 years and am well pleased with their care.

  I just decided that they were to uncomfortable to deal with and took my cat to another vet in town. The experience was night and day. This establishment doesn't deserve even the one single star. Terrible!

  I have never had a problem with them. I take all my animals to them and they have never failed me. The staff are always willing to help. I have been going there for years.

  I felt when bringin my pet in that we weren't important to them. Somehow the fact that I was giving them my business was a burden to them. I had my cat checked out for a fever, she was also not eating. Without doing any tests whatsoever, they told me they did not know what could be wrong and did not give me any options on what to do next, it was like they weren't going to do anything unless I suggested it first. When I finally did ask that they do a blood test they fiddled around behind the desk and told me how much it cost! I didn't care how much it cost!!!! I just wanted my cat to get better.

  Very capable, kind, and compasssionate veterinarians. They even made house calls for one of our pets that was too sick to be transported. Forever grateful.
